Порівняння пропозицій учасників буде проводитися за загальною вартістю пропозиції, що вказана учасником, незалежно від системи оподаткування, до якої він відноситься. Товар обов’язково має бути в наявності на складі у Постачальника на момент пропозиції та доставлений до замовника протягом 10-ти днів після укладання договору. Оплата проводиться після постачання товару. Більш детальна інформація по кваліфікаційним критеріям та оплаті викладено в Оголошенні №18.
