Відповідно п.7 наказу мінекономрозвитку№454 від 17.03.16 НТЗ у м. Черноморськ (Одеська обл.) Відстань до пляжу не більше ніж 400 метрів, що пов'язано зі специфікою тренувань. Проживання на території одного готелю, в одномісних, двомісних … номерах. Проживання повинно бути без урахування туристичного збору. Без посередників Умови проживання повинні передбачати цілодобове постачання гарячої та холодної води в номери. В кожному номері повинен бути душ та туалет, телевізор, холодильник. Наявність сауни, їдальні, тренажерного залу та окремого медичного блоку для надання спортсменам реабілітаційних процедур.
