Відповідно до умов Документації допорогової закупівлі (п.4 розділу VI Інструкції), та п.9.1 Порядку здійснення закупівель товарів, робіт та послуг у Групі Нафтогаз, який затверджено протоколом №10 річних загальних зборів акціонерів Відкритого акціонерного товариства по газопостачанню та газифікації «Кіровоградгаз» від 31.05.2018 року, - Тендерний комітет вирішив відмінити процедуру закупівлі маршрутизаторів в кількості 6 шт, тому що до участі було подано менше двох пропозицій.
