05.02.2019 була оголошена закупівля UA-2019-02-05-002294-b про закупівлю. послуг з постачання теплової енергії для Печенізького районного суду Харківської області. У звязку із технічною опискою, у визначенні оподаткування учасника-переможця закупівлі, було помилково вказано, шо ФОП Загоруйко В.М не являється платником ПДВ, що є невірним. З метою належного дотримання умов закупівлі та укладання договору, що відповідає потребам замовника, необхідно відмінити закупівлю та оголосити нову закупівлю.
