проведеною самоперевіркою виявлено, що ЧВКУ не оприлюднено річний план закупівель щодо проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі електричної енергії, чим порушено вимоги ст. 4 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Запропоновано усунути вказане порушення шляхом відміни переговорної процедури закупівлі UA-2019-01-22-002351-b , що підпадає під норму п.2.ч.4.ст.35 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», тобто переговорна процедура закупівлі відміняється замовником у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань закупівель
