Під час проведення процедури відкритих торгів на закупівлю - ДК 021:2015: 44160000-9 — Магістралі, трубопроводи, труби, обсадні труби, тюбінги та супутні вироби (Труба сталева ф.820*9,5-10 мм) надійшла службова записка №633 від 04.03.2019 року, в якій зазначається, що фінансування на дану закупівлю відсутнє. Секретар тендерного комітету, Кравцов В. О., повідомив, що згідно абз.3 частини 2 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник має право визнати торги такими, що не відбулися у разі скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
