У переможця даної закупівлі, якісні посвідчення чаю Грінфілд та чаю Ахмад не відповідають вимогам закупівлі, а на зразок наданий переможцем (чай "TESS") не оприлюднені в системи посвідчення якості. Ціна іншого учасника суттєво відрізняється, в зв'язку з цим тендерний комітет вирішив відмінити закупівлю и виставити її повторно на торговельному майданчику E-tender.
