омилкові розрахунки на послугу комплексного утримання житлових будинків в оголошенні про закупівлю за номером процедури UA-2018-12-13-005028-c визначено не правильно очікувану вартість закупівлі. Виходячи з цього було прийнято рішення щодо відміни торгів, на підставі того що, відпала потреба у закупівлі послуг за не вірними розрахунками. Тому керуючись абз.1 ч.1 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник може відмінити торги.
