Замовник прийняв рішення щодо відхилення тендерної пропозиції ТОВ «КЛІНІКА ІМЕНІ ГАЛЬЧЕНКО В.В.» (ЄДРПОУ 36854296) відповідно до частини 2 статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» як переможця, який не надав документи, що підтверджують відсутність підстав, передбачених статтею 17 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Також, враховуючи, що для участі у закупівлі медичних послуг: 85120000-6 Лікарська практика та супутні послуги (Медичні послуги пункту охорони здоров'я) (оголошення UA-2018-11-30-001571-a від 30.11.2018р.) було подано 2 пропозиції: ТОВ "ОЛВІ БІЛДІНГ" (ЄДРПОУ 33305027) та ТОВ "КЛІНІКА ІМЕНІ ГАЛЬЧЕНКО В.В." (ЄДРПОУ 36854296), кожна із яких була відхилена відповідними рішеннями тендерного комітету (Протокол №1 від 03.01.2019р та Протокол №8 від 16.01.2019р.), Замовник прийняв рішення про відміну торгів у відповідності до пункту 7 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», оскільки відхилені всі тендерні пропозиції.
