Кінцевий термін поставки кондиціонеру був запланований на 20 грудня 2018 року. На 17.12.2018 року переможець визначений, але його товар не відповідає технічним даним. В зв'язку з неможливістю здійснити дану закупівлю у встановлені терміни і за заявленими технічними характеристиками, процедуру допорогової закупівлі кондиціонеру скасовано.
