Відмінити відкриті торги на закупівлю послуг код CPV 50510000-3 по ДК 021:2015 Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування насосів, клапанів, кранів і металевих контейнерів (Гідроочистка теплообмінних труб конденсатора ТГ та конденсаторів ТЖН енергоблоків №1,2) згідно ч.1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII так як: - порушено порядок оприлюднення оголошення про проведення процедури закупівлі, повідомлення про намір укласти договір, передбаченого цим Законом; - неможливе усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
