Відповідно до частини 4 статті 35 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі — Закон) Переговорна процедура закупівлі відміняється замовником у разі: «скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг». Тендерним комітетом прийнято рішення про відміну процедури закупівлі за предметом ДК 021:2015 09320000-8 Пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція (09323000-9 - Централізоване опалення) за переговорною процедурою закупівлі (скорочена): централізоване опалення – 200 Гкал, очікувана сума закупівлі – 363264 грн. 00 коп. з ПДВ. Причина відміни: відповідно до частини 4 статті 35 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
