У зв’язку із тим, що після відхилення пропозицій ТОВ «ІНСТИТУТ ГЕОТЕХНОЛОГІЙ «ІНГЕОТЕХ ЛТД» та ТОВ «НАУКОВО-ТЕХНІЧНА КОМПАНІЯ «ДЕПРОІЛ ЛТД» не залишилося жодної пропозиції, на підставі абз. 5 п. 14.9. Порядку закупівель товарів, робіт та послуг ПАТ «Укргазвидобування», затвердженого наказом ПАТ «Укргазвидобування» №497 від 01.08.2017 р., визнати процедуру допорогової закупівлі такою, що не відбулась.
