Пропозиція учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Науково-виробничий центр «Валідус», була розглянута на її відповідність кваліфікаційним критеріям, встановлених статтею 16, вимогам встановлених статтею 17 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та технічним вимогам, визначеним у тендерній документації. В результаті розгляду було встановлено наступне. В складі пропозиції учасника відсутній дилерський договір (в складі пропозиції учасника міститься копія), що суперечить умовам тендерної пропозиції. В складі пропозиції учасника відсутній сертифікат типу колісного транспортного засобу (в складі пропозиції учасника міститься копія), що суперечить умовам тендерної пропозиції. В складі пропозиції учасника відсутній сертифікат відповідності щодо індивідуального затвердження колісного транспортного засобу (в складі пропозиції учасника міститься копія), що суперечить умовам тендерної пропозиції. Враховуючи вищенаведене, пропозиція учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Науково-виробничий центр «Валідус» не відповідає умовам тендерної документації.
