Договір з ТОВ «ЖИВИЙ КЕЙТЕРІНГ» (код ЄДРПОУ 40637592) за предметом закупівлі: Послуги з кейтерингу ДК 021:2015 - 55520000-1 Кейтерингові послуги на суму 263 700 грн. 00 коп. з ПДВ не було підписано протягом 20 днів з дня прийняття рішення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю відповідно до п. 2 ст. 31, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. Враховуючи викладене вище, було запропоновано прийняти рішення про відміну торгів за предметом закупівлі: Послуги з кейтерингу ДК 021:2015 - 55520000-1 Кейтерингові послуги на суму 263 700 грн. 00 коп. з ПДВ.
