Відповідно до змісту довідки Торгово-промислової палати України від 29.03.18 № 970/08.2-7.3 єдиним вітчизняним виконавцем робіт/послуг з обслуговування, технічного супроводження та всіх видів ремонтів дефектоскопного і допоміжного обладнання вагонів-дефектоскопів ВД-1МТ5К виробництва ЗАТ «Фірма ТВЕМА» є ТОВ «Галактика-Тест». Враховуючи вищезазначене, керуючись абз. 2 ч.1. ст. 31 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі» (неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель), відмінити торги.
