Згідно пункту 7.3.3 Договору протягом 10-ти днів виконавець зобов’язаний провести організаційно-підготовчі роботи та приступити до виконання комплексу сейсморозвідувальних робіт, передбачених Проектом робіт, Календарним планом та Договором. Проектування являється першим етапом робіт, згідно Календарного плану, тобто через 10 днів після підписання Договору Проекту бути не може.

В Технічному (геологічному) завданні на виконання сейсморозвідувальних робіт на Жденієвській площі за технологією 2D пунктом 3.3.3 Польові сейсморозвідувальні роботи передбачено виконання вибухових робіт з використанням 1-5 шпурів по 2-3 метри із зарядом 2-7 кілограм. Чи можливі зміни даної методики, якщо під час дослідно-методичних робіт з’ясується, що виконати роботи використовуючи вищенаведені параметри збудження не є можливим?
