Explanation

1. Відхилення пропозиції учасника допорогових торгів ФОП "ШУЛЬЦ ВІТАЛІЙ ЮРІЙОВИЧ" у зв’язку з тим, що замовник не надав оригінали або завірені належним чином копії документів, що підтверджують відповідність вимогам до кваліфікації учасників та/або відповідність предмета закупівлі технічним вимогам протягом 2-х робочих днів з дня оприлюднення рішення про визначення його переможцем, згідно пунктів 3.11, 3.13 наказу голови Львівської обласної державної адміністрації №2/0/6-18 від 10 січня 2018 року. 2. Скасувати тендер у зв’язку з тим, що крім ФОП "ШУЛЬЦ ВІТАЛІЙ ЮРІЙОВИЧ" більше ніхто як учасник допорогових торгів ” Комп’ютерне обладнання” (показник національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 30230000-0 - Комп’ютерне обладнання) не взяв участь.
