Відміна торгів згідно ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» 922-VIII від 25.12.15, а саме: через неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель ( Рішення № 6172-р/пк-пз від 23.06.2018 постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України з розгляду скарг про порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель. Пропозиція ТОВ "Адамант ЛТД" не відповідала умовам Документації в цій частині та мала бути відхилена Замовником відповідно до статті 30 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі")
