Explanation

У зв’язку із розпочатою реорганізацією Замовника, що по завершенню призведе до зменшення фактичної потреби закупівлі товару та відповідного фінансування, Замовник прийняв рішення про скасування цієї закупівлі. Відповідно до пунктів 11.1 Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель, затверджений наказом ДП «Зовнішторгвидав України»: замовник може скасувати закупівлю із зазначенням аргументованих підстав прийняття такого рішення.
