Замовник зобов’язаний завершити Закупівлю шляхом підписання договору (згідно чинного законодавства не раніше ніж через 2 робочих дні після оприлюднення рішення про Переможця Закупівлі, а саме 27.10.2017) або відміни Закупівлі протягом 30 днів після закінчення строку подання пропозицій (19.11.2017). Враховуючи, що станом на 20.11.2017 ФОП Талалаєв А. В., на вимогу Замовника, не надав копій документів у паперовому вигляді, що були надані в електронному вигляді та у зв’язку з цим договір не підписано.
