Виявлено порушення вимог чинного законодавства при складанні тендерної документації, а саме в оголошенні про проведення торгів відсутні дані про вид та розмір забезпечення тендерних пропозиції, про який вказано у п.2 розділу ІІІ «Інструкції з підготовки тендерної пропозиції», чим порушено п.п 14, 15 форми оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів, що затверджено наказом Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України від 22.03.2016 № 490 «Про затвердження форм документів у сфері публічних закупівель». Оскільки не можливо усунути порушення, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, згідно з абзац 3 ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»,
