При підготовці та затвердженні тендерної документації для придбання Код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” - код ДК 021:2015 -30210000-4 — Машини для обробки даних (апаратна частина) звукова моніторна лінія, тендерний комітет у технічному завданні детально не описав та не врахував вимоги щодо технічних параметрів що може привести до закупівлі товарів, які не відповідають потребі Замовника. Оскільки на даному етапі (після аукціону) вже немає законодавчої можливості внести зміни до Тендерної документації, прийнято рішення відмінити процедуру на підставі абз. 3 ч.1 ст. 31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» .
