Дискваліфікувати тендерну пропозицію ТОВ «Бізнес Центр Фармація» на підставі ч.1 ст.30 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» як таку, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації. Відповідно до ст.30 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" відмінити торги, якщо до оцінки допущено менше двох учасників.
