розглянувши тендерну пропозицію Учасника по предмету закупівлі «Формений одяг (Одяг робочий), код за ДК 021:2015 18110000-3» згідно протоколу визначення переможця відкритих торгів № 095/1 від 22.08.2017 р. учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Швейне об'єднання "РОБОЧИЙ СТІЛЬ" було визнано переможцем. Але у вимогах Додатку №2 тендерної документації виявлено розбіжності у технічних вимогах і якісних характеристиках предмета закупівлі, а саме: - Вимоги до Костюмів зварювальника різняться у методах виконання застібок: в одному випадку – це петлі та гудзики, у іншому – блискавка. - Вимога щодо наявності стрічки з символами по догляду за швейними виробами, яка повинна розміщатися у місці пришивання пелерини підшоломника ззаду посередині, однак вимоги Додатку 2 різняться в частині (відсутності) підшоломника з пелериною у складі костюма зварювальника. З урахуванням вищевикладеного, допущені розбіжності у технічних вимогах і якісних характеристиках предмета закупівлі, наведені у Додатку 2, унеможливлюють надання Учасником зразків продукції, які б відповідали технічним вимогам тендерної документації.
