"• Відповідно вимог тендерної документації (зі змінами) Учаснику необхідно в складі тендерної пропозиції прикріпити в електронній системі закупівель Додаток №2 «Технічні вимоги і якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі», в якому підтвердити вимоги цього Додатку. В складі тендерної пропозиції Учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю ""ААА+"" такий документ відсутній, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації (зі змінами). " "• Відповідно до вимог частини 2 «Забезпечення тендерної пропозиції» Розділу ІІІ. «Інструкція з підготовки тендерної пропозицій» та Додатку №6 «Вимоги до банківської гарантії (забезпечення тендерної пропозиції)» тендерної документації (зі змінами) учаснику необхідно було надати забезпечення тендерної пропозиції. В складі тендерної пропозиції Учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю ""ААА+"" такий документ відсутній, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації (зі змінами). " "• Відповідно до вимог пункту 2.1 Додатку №1 тендерної документації Учаснику необхідно було прикріпити в електронній системі закупівель: Відомості про керівника та особу/-іб (довідка в довільній формі), якій/-им надано право щодо підпису документів тендерної пропозиції (з обов’язковим зазначенням ПІБ (без скорочень) та посади кожної особи, зазначеної у довідці). В складі тендерної пропозиції Учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю ""ААА+"" такий документ відсутній, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації (зі змінами)."
