згідно протоколу визначення переможця відкритих торгів № 075/2 від 02.10.2017 р. учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "СП БАРС КО. ЛТД" було визнано переможцем. Але в звʼязку з затяжним терміном проведення торгів по закупівлі антикорозійної фарби «Фарби (Барвники, ґрунтовки), код за ДК 021:2015 44810000-1» (оголошення вийшло 07.07.2017 року UA-2017-07-07-000245-c) по теперішній час виконання робіт в цьому році вже неможлива. Зберігання товару потребує в опалювальних складських приміщеннях. Тому прийнято рішення про скасування торгів згідно ст. 31 ч.1 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі».
