Відповідно до ч.2 ст. 34 ЗУ “Про публічні закупівлі” на першому етапі всім учасникам пропонується подати тендерну пропозицію, в якій надається інформація про відповідність учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям, вимогам, визначеним замовником у тендерній документації, та опис рішення про закупівлю без зазначення ціни. На першому етапі конкурентного діалогу закупівлі “Придбання програмного продукту для впровадження геоінформаційної системи” (далі - Закупівля) Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю “Глобал ГІС” було надано пропозицію на закупівлю, в якій вказана загальна сума 300 тис.грн. Враховуючи даний факт, тендерний комітет департаменту містобудування та земельних відносин вирішив відповідно до п.2 ч.1 ст. 31 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” відмінити торги щодо закупівлі: Пакети програмного забезпечення для баз даних та операційних систем код за ДК 021:2015 48600000-4 “Придбання програмного продукту для впровадження геоінформаційної системи” (UA-2017-07-06-000228-c).
