Тендерна пропозиція ТзОВ "ОНУР КОНСТРУКЦІОН ІНТЕРНЕШНЛ" відхилена на підставі викладених фактів та у відповідності до абзацу 2 підпункту 1 пункту 1 Статті 30 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" – учасник не відповідає кваліфікаційному критерію, установленому статтею 16 цього Закону.
