В зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі даних послуг Замовником прийнято рішення щодо відміни відкритих торгів на закупівлю послуг провайдерів за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 72410000-7 (послуги захисту сайтів Фонду від зловмисних атак (Ddos-атак) відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі абз. 2 ч. 1 ст. 31 а саме: «Замовник відміняє торги в разі: відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг».
