Дана процедура застосовувалася з метою проведення попереднього відбору надавачів послуг для подальшого застосування переговорної процедури закупівлі відповідно до пункту 4(1) прикінцевих та перехідних положень Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", статті 35 цього Закону. Враховуючи визначення переможця та застосування переговорної процедури закупівлі з визначеним переможцем (UA-2017-03-24-002848-b), доцільно скасувати дану процедуру через відсутність подальшої потреби в її застосуванні.
