Під час оприлюднення повідомлення про намір укласти договір під час застосування переговорної процедури через електронну систему закупівель за допомогою електронного майданчика було допущено технічну помилку та невірно зазначено ціну пропозиції, щодо якої було досягнуто згоди під час проведення переговорів з учасником. Разом з тим Законом не передбачено можливості врегулювання подібної ситуації шляхом внесення змін до повідомлення про намір укласти договір під час застосування переговорної процедури. З урахуванням зазначеного вище вирішено відмінити зазначену переговорну процедуру закупівлі (ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2017-01-20-000680-b) на підставі абзацу 3 частини 4 статті 35 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань закупівель.
