У зв’язку з продовженням строку дії Договору №001-2016 про закупівлю «Послуги щодо забезпечення харчуванням за контрактом 56.29.1» (56.29.19-00.00 Послуги щодо забезпечення харчуванням за контрактом інші) за державні кошти від 22.12.2015р. до проведення … процедури закупівлі у 2017р. укладається дана додаткова угода на суму 58 814,40грн. (п'ятдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот чотирнадцять грн. 40коп.), без ПДВ, що становить 19,15% від суми, визначеної у договорі (306998,50грн.), без ПДВ. згідно п.п. 11.2 вказаного договору та у відповідності до ч.6 ст. 40 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель» №1197-VІІ від 10.04.2014р. (зі змінами)
