На закупівлю Палива (09100000-0) (ДК 021:2015) подано 2 пропозиції. Обидві пропозиції подані від ПП «Окко – Бізнес Контракт». Тендерним комітетом отримано лист від ПП «Окко – Бізнес Контракт» в якому зазначено, що в зв’язку з технічним збоєм на майданчику zakupki.prom.ua було подано дві пропозиції і дійсною є пропозиція загальною вартістю 505 780,00 грн. Враховуючи вищенаведене фактично на участь в тендері подано одну пропозицію ПП «Окко – Бізнес Контракт» тому слід відмінити відкриті торги на закупівлю Палива (09100000-0) (ДК 021:2015) відповідно до ст..31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» в зв’язку з поданням для участі в них менше двох тендерних пропозицій.
