У зв’язку з тим, що на сайті Zakupki.Prom.UA була зроблена помилка відповідно до Закону України про публічні закупівлі №1356-VIII від 12.05.2016 ст.35, п.4, а саме: якщо замовником допущено порушення, що вплинули на об’єктивність визначення переможця процедури закупівлі, треба скасувати дану переговорну процедуру закупівлі.
