Учасник у відповідь на оприлюднене тендерним комітетом 26.12.2016 о 15:05 годині у електронній системі «ProZorro» повідомлення про намір укласти договір оприлюднив 26.12.2016 о 16:18 годині повідомлення – відмову від укладення договору про неможливість укладення договору поставки обладнання у зв’язку із відсутністю залишків даного типу обладнання на складі підприємства. Виходячи з повідомлення – відмови, та враховуючи, що іншого учасника, якого тендерний комітет міг би розглядати як потенційного переможця не має, тендерний комітет прийняв рішення про скасування допорогової закупівлі.
