Від учасників ТОВ «Український папір» та ТОВ ТГ «Інтерпап» надійшли листи щодо відмови від виконання зобов’язань за ціною аукціону. Відповідно до рішення комітету з конкурсних торгів філії – Чернігівське обласне управління АТ «Ощадбанк» відмінити торги щодо закупівлі виробів канцелярських, паперових (папір в пачках офісний) (протокол від 02.03.2017 № 5) відповідно до розділу 25 Порядку (з причин неможливості усунення порушень, які виникли через виявлені порушення норм Порядку).
