Замовник відміняє торги в зв’язку з тим, що на закупівлю, яка була оголошена 15.11.2016 року, ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2016-11-15-000032-c, відповідно до п. 8.1 протоколу бюджетної комісії від 08.12.2016 року №30 на придбання шкільних автобусів були виділені кошти в сумі 7500,00 тис. гривень. Згідно процедури закупівлі аукціон був призначений на 12.01.2017 року, в зв’язку з чим придбати автобуси в 2016 році було неможливо. Внаслідок чого виділені кошти на придбання автобусів не були використані. В поточному році, за результатами публічних закупівель, в департамент фінансів обласної державної адміністрації було направлено листа з проханням виділити додаткові кошти з обласного бюджету в сумі 7 995,0 тис. гривень для проведення оплати за 5 шкільних автобусів, однак кошти не виділені.
