На підставі абз.3 ч.1 ст.31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель: ФОП «Білик О.М.» відмовився від підписання договору про закупівлю, а по причині закінчення року (бюджетного періоду) Замовник не може прийняти тендерну пропозицію наступного за ціною учасника, у зв’язку з неможливістю укладення договору та поставки товару до 31.12.2016 року
