Порушені умови закупівлі. Тендерними умовами було передбачено закупівлю одної тони бензину А-92 і одної тони бензину А-95. Пропозиції учасників торгів були в літрах, по 1000 літрів по кожному виду бензину - замість тони тобто 1350 літрів. Рішенням тендерного комітету торги скасовані.
