Відповідно до п. 9.5 Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель Замовник зобов’язаний завершити Закупівлю шляхом підписання договору або відміни Закупівлі протягом 30 днів після закінчення строку подання пропозицій. На виконання п. 9.5 Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель, та враховуючи те, що станом на 04.11.2016 р. не було укладено договір про закупівлю з Переможцем ЛКП «ТФ «Львівспецкомунтранс» прийняло рішення про відміну закупівлі UA-2016-09-16-000001-a «Ваги автомобільні (42923000-2 Зважувальні машини та ваги)».
