В процедурі закупівлі прийняло участь два учасника, пропозиція одного з них відхилена на підставі рішення тендерного комітету управління освіти Енергодарської міської ради від 11.10.2016 №8, у зв’язку з невідповідністю умовам тендерної документації, отже до оцінки не може бути допущений один учасник, тому згідно абзацу 3 частини 5 статті 28, абзацу 6 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», процедура закупівлі повинна бути відмінена.
