Замовником було допущено помилку у додатку №1 « ТЕХНІЧНІ ТА КІЛЬКІСНІ ВИМОГИ ДО ПРЕДМЕТУ ЗАКУПІВЛІ» на закупівлю лікувального препарату ОКТАНАТ/OKTANATE 500 МО фактор VIII коагуляції крові людини порошок ліофілізований для приготування розчину для ін’єкцій разом з розчинником, кількість упаковок вказана невірно. Приватне науково виробниче підприємство "ГАЛІС" запропонувало недостатню кількість упаковок (планувалось закупити 7 упаковок, а було надано 4 упаковки).
