При складанні тендерної документації були допущені певні неточності щодо надання учасниками в складі тендерних пропозицій кошторису на надання послуг з виготовлення технічних паспортів операційних акваторій. В зв’язку з чим, деякі учасники подали тендерні пропозиції, які містили кошторис і такі, які не містили кошторису. В звязку з цим виникли обставини, які не дозволяють провести об’єктивну оцінку отриманих тендерних пропозицій. Торги відмінені у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель
