Замовником прийнято рішення відмовитись від процедури закупівлі «Приймачі телевізійні, поєднані чи не поєднані з радіоприймачами або пристроями для записування та відтворювання звуку й зображення (Телевізори) (Телевізори LED, LCD діагональ 29)» відповідно до п.4.3.5.9 Положення «Про порядок вибору постачальників (здійснення допорогових закупівель) із використанням електронної системи закупівель», затвердженим наказом від 29.06.2016 № 01-07/1-308 та «Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель», затвердженого наказом ДП «Зовнішторгвидав України» від 13.04.2016 N 35 у зв’язку з виявленим факту того, що технічні характеристики Товару відрізняються від назви предмету закупівлі.
