Згідно з рішеннями тендерного комітету від 12.08.2016 всі подані тендерні пропозиції були відхилені з причини невідповідності умовам тендерної документації. Відповідно до вимог частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє торги в разі відхилення всіх тендерних пропозицій згідно з цим Законом. Зважаючи на викладене, пропонується відмінити відкриті торги на закупівлю Послуг з охорони 1-го і 2-го поверхів адміністративного приміщення апарату ДМС по вул. Володимирська, 9 у м. Києві (код згідно ДК 016:2010 - 84.24.1 «Послуги у сфері громадського порядку та громадської безпеки» (відповідно до коду 7971300-5 «Послуги з охорони об’єктів та особистої охорони» основного словника національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник»)) з причини відхилення всіх тендерних пропозицій.
