20.05.2016 до тендерного комітету філії надійшов лист від площадки Смарт тендер, в якому повідомлено, що через технічні недоліки системи, замовник на момент акцепту не бачив інші пропозиції контрагентів, у звязку з чим прийняв рішення, яке не відповідає документам всіх пропозицій, враховуючи вказанена підставі п.2 ч.1 ст.31 Закону неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли, через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, тендерним комітетом прийнято рішення відмінити торги.
