Державне підприємство «Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків» (скорочене найменування - ДП «ДЕРЖЗОВНІШІНФОРМ», далі – Підприємство) на сайті Держзакупівлі онлайн від 18 квітня 2016 р. оголосило тендер № UA-2016-04-12-000431-b на допорогову закупівлю на «Файли для документів А4+. 235*305мм. 100шт/уп. 40мкм «Skiper» (далі – Закупівля). Аукціон відбувся 21 квітня 2016 р., оскільки одним із учасників аукціону булі внесені зміни до цінової пропозиції (зі зміною найменування Закупівлі) з метою виключення подальшого виникнення спорів прийнято рішення відмінити Закупівлю та оголосити її пізніше.
