У зв’язку з тим, що за результатами аукціону від 11.04.16 р. ФОП «Волошко» надав пропозицію з найменшою ціною 2 428 грн., проте ціна виявлилась сумнівною для заявленого товару, оскільки в ціновій пропозиції, яку він надав, загальна вартість закупівлі складала 3760 грн. 71 коп., пропозицію було відхилено, а переможцем визнано ТОВ «Український папір», цінова пропозиція - 2429,39 грн. 12.04.2016 року ФОП «Волошко» оскаржив дискваліфікацію та надав цінову пропозицію, що відповідає заявленій в аукціоні сумі.
