Процедура закупівлі скасовується у зв'язку з тим, що зміни, які відбулися в Податковому кодексі стосовно критеріїв віднесення активів до основних засобів (6000,00 грн.) на бюджетні установи не розповсюджується. Бюджетні установи при розподілі необоротних активів на основні засоби і малоцінні необоротні матеріальні активи застосовують свій критерій – 2500,00 грн. Бюджетне фінансування по КП УЗН надано на поточні видатки. У даному випадку, вартість разом з ПДВ кожного з предметів, вказаних у закупівлі, перевищує визначений Мінфіном критерій до 2500,00 грн .
